Free! Indoor Track

No matter the weather, come enjoy use of the indoor track! The indoor track is FREE to all visitors ages 13 years and up. Ages 7 to 12 may use track with parent/guardian supervision. Sign in at the check-in table in the main lobby before using track.

KIDZONE CHILDCARE CENTER

Get certified with a nationally certified personal trainer! Pay NO ENROLLMENT FEE with Fitness Membership once program is completed. Forms available at 4500fitness.org. Parent must attend first session. A 24-hour cancellation is required to avoid a $25 fee. Group Exercise Classes Purchase punch card or add-on to your 4500 Fitness Membership. CHILDREN AGES 12 WEEKS - 12 YEARS We’ll keep an eye on your children in the KidZone Childcare Center while you work out! Our staff are CPR and First Aid certified. Visit 4500fitness.org for the latest schedules, hours of operation and information about using KidZone.
