YOUTH LEAGUES

FALL YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE This youth soccer league will play an 8-game season on Saturday mornings/afternoons. Each team will also practice one night a week for the duration of the season. Players will be placed on teams based on the school they attend. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested in coaching, please complete a Volunteer Coaches Form available on our website at dgparks.org/youth-soccer.

Registrations after July 8 will be placed on a waitlist while teams are formed with registered participants. If we are able to accommodate your child once teams are formed, you will be contacted. Players must purchase DGPD uniforms in order to play. Uniforms are available at Soccer 2000, 224 Ogden Ave. League Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests received prior to the first game will be assessed a $5 service fee. No refunds issued once games begin. Please Note: Park District staff will make every effort to reschedule all games that are cancelled due to inclement weather if time and space allows. Participants will not be refunded for canceled games that are not played. Kick off the Fall Flag Football season and test your skills at the Downers Grove Park District’s Flag Football Combine Day! Players will run through different drills and test their skills, just like the pros! Grade levels will be assigned a one-hour timeslot to complete their Combine Day drills, which will be emailed to all registered participants before Aug. 4. The grade level timeslots will run youngest to oldest beginning at 10:00am. Fall Youth Flag Football league participants enrolled by the July 5 registration deadline will receive a $10 discount on the registration fee for Combine Day. Open GYM We offer open gyms for basketball, pickleball, badminton, and volleyball. Fitness members enjoy free access to any scheduled open gym. Open gyms times are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
