LEGO ® ENGINEERING WORK SHOPS -AMUSEMENT PARK ADVENTURES! Delve into the history and mechanics of your favorite amusement park rides in this imaginative unit. Students will use our proprietary LEGO ® technic kits to construct a Ferris Wheel, Carousel Swing, Swing Boat Ride, and a Merry Go Round. Our one-of-a-kind kits incorporate beams, axles, gears, motors and battery packs to make our creations come to life! Lessons incorporate principles of physics, described in a way children can understand, such as “G-force” inertia and momentum, as well as math concepts. These engaging lessons will give students an understanding of the physical forces they experience every day. Each week students will learn fascinating facts about amazing dinosaurs and other extinct animals that roamed the earth and swam the seas during the age of dinosaurs. Our one-of-a-kind technic LEGO ® kits and model plans incorporate gears, beams, axles, bricks, motors & batteries packs! The day will include loads of building, games, challenges, and motorized creations that are sure to make you feel like you a Master Builder in training!
