BUILD AN ORNAMENT NEW! Get into the holiday season by making your very own ornament! We’ll talk about the history of ornaments, make ornaments for our trees at Lyman Woods, and take one home! Fee is per child; parents must accompany their child(ren). We’ll drink hot chocolate, make ornaments, and take a train adventure! Our passengers will even get to go home with their very own bell from the story. Fee is per child; an adult must accompany their child(ren). Infant siblings under 12 months are welcome to attend but do not need to register. Orders open between Nov. 1 and Dec. 10. Completed orders can be picked-up from Lyman Woods from Nov. 13 to Dec. 15. No orders after Dec. 10 will be taken. YOUTH NATURE CONNECTIONS: MONDAY AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM Looking to get the kids outside after school and away from screens? In this Mondays-only after-school program, children will explore the great outdoors, go on hikes, do crafts, see animals and play in our wild woods. Staff will facilitate exploration and play, but the kids will decide what they want to explore each session! Each day is a new adventure entirely up to them! This program takes place entirely outside with the exception of extreme/severe weather. Transportation is not provided to or from Nature Connections. Sessions are per month. Program will not meet on District 58 days-off school.
