ADVENTURE CAMP 1ST& 2NDGRADE Whether a child is new to camp or is returning for another summer, Adventure Camp is sure to be a positive, active and fun-filled experience! Campers will participate in themed group games and activities (with themes like Superheroes, Olympics, and Animal Planet), as well as swim once a week and attend one field trip a week. Fee includes admission to field trips and a camp T-shirt to wear on field trip days. At 4:00pm, Adventure Camp 1st to 2nd Grade and Kinder Camp will combine for the last 90 minutes of camp. Parents are free to pick up anytime between 4:00 and 5:30pm. No camp June 19, July 4 and July 5. An unforgettable summer starts here! Each week will be packed with adventure as campers enjoy themed group activities, crafts, games and team building activities (with themes like Disney, Ocean, and Space). Campers will also venture out with one pool day a week and two field trips per week. Fee includes admission to field trips and a camp T-shirt to wear on field trip days. At 4:00pm, Adventure Camp 3rd to 5th Grade and Teen Trekkers will combine at the Recreation Center for the last 90 minutes of camp. Parents are free to pick up at the Recreation Center anytime between 4:00 and 5:30pm. No camp June 19, July 4 and July 5. Age: Entering 3rd-5th Grade R/NR: $295/$325

Fishing DERBY  Reel in three hours of family fun at the Annual Fishing Derby. This is a free event, but registration is required at dgparks.org. Longest and shortest fish in each age group will have a winner! All ties will be determined by a random drawing. Each participant must be registered to be eligible for prizes. Participants may only win one prize. Children younger than 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All participants 16 years of age or older are required to have a valid fishing license in order to participate.
