Afterwards you’ll be dropped off at the historic Riviera Dock where you’ll have some free time before our boat cruise. Explore the town’s shops or enjoy a lakeside stroll in the quaint resort village. The Riviera Ballroom has been a landmark in downtown Lake Geneva since 1932. During the Swing Era, the building played host to the Big Bands with the likes of Wayne King, the Dorseys, Artie Shaw and Louis Armstrong. Today the Riviera houses shops in the lower- level arcade and its lakeside dock where we’ll board Lake Geneva Cruise Lines’ enclosed Grand Belle for a relaxing cruise on the eastern edge of Geneva Bay. During the narrated cruise, learn about the many elegant and historic estates that dot the scenic shoreline. As a special treat, our cruise will also feature an ice cream social! You will be served a delicious Breyers ice cream sundae prepared just the way you like it as you enjoy the cruise! Immerse yourself in the rich aromas, learn about the meticulous process, and savor the distinct flavors that define each unique blend. Whiskey Acres is an Estate Distillery like none other in the US and they grow all of the corn, wheat, rye & barley that they use for distilling. Three of their products earned Double Gold at the ’21 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, while two earned Double Platinum at Fred Minnick’s ‘21 ASCOT Awards. Nick Nagle VP and COO of Whiskey Acres Distilling Company manages the daily operations and leads the sales and marketing at Whiskey Acres. You'll often find him hosting a tasting, leading a tour, filling bottles or pouring samples throughout Illinois. Nick is also a fifth generation farmer and active in his family’s row crop farm in Sheldon, IL.
