YOUTH LEAGUES

FALL YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE This youth soccer league will play an 8-game season on Saturday mornings/afternoons. Each team will also practice one night a week for the duration of the season. Players will be placed on teams based on the school they attend. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested in coaching, please complete a Volunteer Coaches Form available on our website at dgparks.org/youth-soccer.

Registrations after June 30 will be placed on a waitlist while teams are formed with registered participants. If we are able to accommodate your child once teams are formed, you will be contacted. Players must purchase DGPD uniforms in order to play. Uniforms are available at Soccer 2000, 224 Ogden Ave. League Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests received prior to the first game will be assessed a $5 service fee. No refunds issued once games begin. Please Note: Park District staff will make every effort to reschedule all games that are cancelled due to inclement weather if time and space allows. Participants will not be refunded for canceled games that are not played. TEAM ASSIGNMENT NOTE Teams are created according to the following criteria: 1. School attended 2. Grade 3. Mutual Friend Request* 4. Balance of Gender 5. Roster Size *A non-mutual friend request or coach request will not be guaranteed. In general, our goal is to keep players from the same school on the same team. Should enrollment numbers and roster maximums not accommodate this practice, schools may be combined to form teams. Team maximums are based on enrollment numbers at the time of the registration deadline. Leagues may be combined or split by gender depending on enrollment numbers at the registration deadline.
