PETITE POMS Get into the spirit of poms by learning a variety of basic jumps, kicks and pom routines. Each class will also include stretches, warm-ups, exercises encouraging strength, balance and endurance, and the practice of simple tumbling skills. Through trusting others, your child will experience the fun and importance of being part of a team. Class attire: Loose clothing and clean gym shoes. No class Nov. 27 and Nov. 28. ADULT TAP Tap is an upbeat dance form that is a great way to exercise, so come along and join the fun! Class includes warm-ups, basic steps and traveling combinations. Tap shoes are required.
