Fall REGISTRATION

DROP-OFF: Submit your registration form and payment to a registration desk location during regular hours. After hours: please use the secured drop box located outside the entrance doors at the Recreation Center, 4500 Belmont Road. MAIL: Send registration form and payment to Downers Grove Park District, Attn: Registration, 4500 Belmont Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515 Forms that are dropped off or received by mail or email will not have priority over online or in-person registration. Enrollment in programs will not take place until payment is made. All registration forms must be complete with the waiver signed. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM In an effort to provide recreation, health and wellness opportunities to all residents, including those who are experiencing financial hardships, the Downers Grove Park District has established a Financial Assistance Program. Participants must reside within the boundaries of the Downers Grove Park District to be eligible. For eligibility requirements or to donate to the Financial Assistance Program, please visit dgparks.org/financial assistance-program. VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM To improve the online registration experience on the first day of Resident registration, the Downer Grove Park District utilizes a virtual waiting room. To learn more about the process, please visit dgparks.org/registration-tips or call 630.960.7500 during our Registration Desk Hours. REGISTER ONLINE We highly recommend patrons register online at www.dgparks.org If you’ve registered for programs with us or have a fitness membership, you most likely have an account waiting for you! If you’ve never registered for programs with the Downers Grove Park District, go to www.dgparks.org and click on “Registration Information” to get started. When creating your account, please be sure to add all household members to your account. Family members are defined as: spouse, son, daughter and children who are in your legal guardianship. (Supporting documentation of legal guardianship is required.) If you are prompted with a potential duplicate household message, you most likely have an account set up in our system. Please contact our registration desk, Monday to Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm at 630.960.7500.
