SUMMER CAMP

PRE-K TO 5TH GRADE Lyman Woods Specialty Camps camps are designed to help your camper become immersed in a unique topic, learn a special skill from an expert counselor, and engage in a smaller more personalized camp setting. Please note that we offer half-day Specialty Camps only and you will not be able to register for both AM and PM sessions in the same week. All Half-Day Specialty Nature Camps (except for Advanced Archaeology and Fishing) will be held entirely at Lyman Woods Forest Preserve. Advanced Archaeology will be held at both the Downers Grove Museum and Lyman Woods. Fishing Camps will be held at both Lyman Woods and Patriots Park. No camp on July 3 or 4 for the Pre-K to K Camp Specialty Camps. No Camp July 4 for the 1st-5th Grade Specialty Camps. WILD CHILD NATUREPLAY CAMP

Bring out your child’s wild side and meet new friends during our parent-toddler camp! Our naturalists will lead as you experience the best of nature with your child(ren) through outdoor discovery stations, exploratory play and art projects that develop motor skills and the body’s senses. Each week will feature new themes and activities so sign up for all five weeks! Dress for the weather and to get messy! Infant siblings under 12 months are welcome to attend, but do not need to register. An adult caregiver must accompany their child. Please note that for the week of August 18-22, Wild Child NaturePlay Camp is at Lyman Woods and is $38 for both the Resident and Non-Resident rate.
