LEGACY IN WORDS: WRITING YOUR LIFE STORY NEW! Legacy in Words is a unique program designed to help seniors preserve their life stories through writing. This workshop guides participants through the process of reflecting on their personal histories, experiences, and memories, offering practical tips and creative exercises to turn those reflections into written narratives. With the support of a facilitator, participants will learn how to structure their stories, develop compelling characters (themselves, family, and friends), and express their emotions and insights in a meaningful way. By the end of the program, each participant will have the foundation for a memoir or life story, creating a treasured legacy for themselves and their loved ones. INFANT & CHILD CPR TRAINING

Designed for childcare providers, teachers and parents. This course focuses on rescue techniques for full arrest victims from newborn to twelve years of age. The course also covers conscious and unconscious choking along with rescue breathing. The use of an AED is discussed. American Red Cross certification is valid for two years.
