Ultimate Ninjas - Lil' Ninjas Lil' Ninjas Classes are the perfect way to introduce little ninjas, ages 3-5 years old, to the fun of tackling obstacles! Classes focus on developing coordination and strength through skills such as balancing, hanging, jumping, climbing and running, while instilling self-confidence and teamwork in a safe and positive environment. Classes are 50 minutes long, including a warm-up, obstacle coaching and technique. No class Oct. 9-12, Nov. 25-27. First Steps is a playgroup designed for children to participate alongside a trusted adult caregiver. Ease into a classroom setting and routine with structured and unstructured play ranging from sensory and language activities to fine and gross motor play. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver; both adults and children should wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing that can get messy.

Little Explorers: Toddler Independence Class If your little one is ready to explore their independence, try this transitional class! Building on the framework laid in First Steps, children will exercise curiosity and playfulness as they develop listening skills, learn to follow directions, and improve gross and fine motor skills. Wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing that is ok to get messy! Classes are designed for participation without a caregiver; we are prepared to work through some separation anxiety, however children who are really struggling might be recommended to try First Steps instead. Children do not need to be potty-trained, but staff are not permitted to change diapers or assist in the bathroom. A trusted adult must be available to change soiled diapers/training pants or take the child to the bathroom if potty training. No class Nov. 23 to 27. Baby Rock is a unique combination of sensory experiences with stimulating music and exercises to help strengthen and stretch your baby! Activities will include sing-alongs, exposure to simple instruments and sensory props, motion exercises, bubbles, and more! Get ready for a rockin’ good time with your tiniest dancer! This class is intended for non walkers. An adult caregiver must accompany each child.
