Spirit Kids - Cheerleading and Poms Get into the spirit of cheerleading and poms by learning a variety of basic jumps, kicks mounts, chants, cheers and pom routines. Each class will also include stretches, warm-ups, exercises encouraging strength, balance and endurance, and the practice of simple tumbling skills.
