Family Programs A Taste Through Time: Treats and Sweets

Sears and Historic Homes Walking Tour

Join the museum staff for a 1-hour walking tour of Downers Grove’s oldest and most prominent homes! Learn about the families who lived in the houses and the history of architectural styles ranging from Sears kit homes to mortise-and-tenon Greek Revival-style homes. All parts of the tour may not be ADA accessible. Tour meets near pavilion at Prince Pond. All children must be registered and supervised by a registered adult.
