Youth Pickleballers Camp New! Experience one of the fastest growing sports in the country that anyone can play! Youngsters will be introduced to pickleball stroke fundamentals such as serving, smashing, volleying, and dinking. Fun and challenging drills and recreational matches will help young players develop the hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and mental abilities needed for successful pickleball games. Our goal is to have each child leave camp with the knowledge and confidence to continue their interest in pickleball. Equipment will be provided. Please bring a labeled water bottle.
Power Through Basketball One-day Camp New! A one-day, all-day basketball camp that is for 1st to 6th grade boys and girls. This camp will be fun and a great way for campers to spend their day. The day will include, but is not limited to basketball skill development, basketball and non-basketball games in a fun environment. In addition to normal water breaks, there will be a fifteen minute break for snacks and a 30-minute break for lunch. Each participant must provide a lunch for themselves. No sharing is allowed in order to prevent any allergic reactions players may have. Please, no peanut butter.

East Ave Lacrosse Camp New! Learn why lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in America at a fun, fast-paced summer camp run by East Ave Lacrosse, one of the premier lacrosse clubs in the Midwest. Campers will learn basic skills and play in small sided scrimmages from East Ave. This camp is great for first time and returning players and only requires a stick to participate and we will have extra sticks on hand for campers that need to use them! We will do our best to reschedule any rained out dates/are happy to work in a gym if one is possible. Power Through Basketball @ the Park Camp New! Power Through Basketball @ the Park will organize basketball for players to have fun and learn skills. Bring an outdoor basketball or one you’re comfortable with and a water bottle. Each class will focus on coaching and instruction to improve skills and learn new ones. Elliot Engelmann, a Downers Grove South High School alum (class of 2006) and part of the 3rd place in state DGS Mustangs, played Division I basketball at Butler University and professional basketball in the US and Canada. Send your player to experienced coaches who can help improve their skills. Min/Max: 4/18 Location: Doerhoefer Park
