FITNESS Premier Programs NeuroFIT Increasing amount of research seems to be finding that exercise may be particularly helpful for people with neurological conditions, with benefits seen in movement, balance, and even cognition. The focus of this exercise class is to improve mobility of individuals with Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. This class is led by a Parkinson’s fitness specialist, and provides safe strengthening exercises with an emphasis on postural awareness, breathing, balance, and rhythmical movement. These exercises will focus on moving safely while seated or standing, and we will use a variety of equipment including light weights and bands to increase strength and range of motion. Please be prepared to answer questions regarding ability and limitations when registering. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. Strength Training for Women Keep and improve for life long bone, muscle, movement, and brain health using many forms of resistance training while mastering the seven fundamental human movements. Weight training two times per week, has many benefits for women of any age. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. Experience a posture change by re-hydrating and lengthening techniques done with the MELT moves.
