Yoga for Stress Relief Refresh, reset, create calm and focus in your life. Yoga combines the mind, body and soul to help you heal and let go of stress. You will practice gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and other stress reduction techniques to bring up an intense feeling of calm and relaxation. Relax your shoulders and let the stress melt away, you will leave every class feeling good. Each week we will dive deeper into the stress relief yoga practice. This program not eligible for a Fitness Member rate. Through mindful, low impact movements and breathing exercises, you’ll engage and strengthen your core muscles without strain. The class offers modifications to suit individual needs and provides a calming, supportive environment. Ideal for those looking to build core stability gradually while enhancing overall well-being. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate. 6:00-7:00pm

Hit 2 Fit Hit2Fit are diverse and exciting classes featuring a combination of styles of MMA such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Silat/Sivat and Ground Striking. These styles along with our weight training, endurance training and high-energy HIIT training all combine to make up our one-of-a-kind workouts. This training class teaches functional real-life self-defense tactics and is suitable for all fitness levels. This program is not eligible for a Fitness member rate.

Boxing Essentials + Life can be stressful. Come to a class to help relieve stress, learn to hit and get fit! Hitting the boxing pads relieves stress, burns calories, and builds muscle endurance. When you hit the boxing pads, it releases endorphins, and you will leave each session feeling focused, relaxed, and amazing! Learn techniques such as Muay Thai, boxing, kick boxing, Salate, Savat and more. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate.

Fitness for Pickleball Outdoor Workshop

This workshop offers an overview of basic fitness and pickleball skills to boost strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, and balance—helping you become a better player while reducing the risk of common injuries. We’ll combine fitness training with skill drills and play for a fun, active workout. Please bring your own paddle. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart.
