Adult Jazz Jazz is an energetic and expressive form of dance that combines elements of ballet with elements from many other forms of dance, from hip hop to modern to swing. Get your heart pumping while moving to fun and upbeat classic and contemporary songs! No class July 2. Get into the spirit of cheerleading and poms by learning a variety of basic jumps, kicks mounts, chants, cheers and pom routines. Each class will also include stretches, warm-ups, exercises encouraging strength, balance and endurance, and the practice of simple tumbling skills. Through trusting others, your child will experience the fun and importance of being part of a team. Class attire: Loose clothing and clean gym shoes. No class July 2 and 3.
