Labor Day Picnic Celebrate the close of summer with friends, food, and fun at our annual Labor Day Picnic! This relaxing and festive event offers a chance to enjoy the season’s last warm days in a welcoming, laid-back setting. New this year, we are partnering with The Downers Grove Township to bring live music to the party! Bring your favorite lawn chair! Lunch will be served. Pre-registration is required. This event will take place at McCollum Park, 6801 Main St., Downers Grove, in the pavilion. Please note: the nearest restrooms are a five-minute walk from the pavilion. In case of inclement weather, the program will move to the Lincoln Center. Bingo Come and join us for a fun afternoon of bingo! Our monthly Bingo offers more than just a game; it’s an opportunity to socialize, relax, and win prizes in a friendly atmosphere. Winners of each round will receive a small prize and a raffle ticket which will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize. Refreshments and coffee will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
