All Star Sports Baseball Skills Our top-notch baseball trainers will cover the importance of proper throwing mechanics, rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and catching. Speed and agility will be added to increase core strength and mobility for added bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for base running. In-game strategies will be taught to increase each players overall knowledge. Equipment: Please bring a water bottle and glove (participants may bring their own bat). For weather-related cancellations, please call the All Star Sports hotline at 630.584.2961 approximately a half hour before class; participants will not be notified. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend a makeup class. This class meets near the south end of the park, south of the diamonds and behind the DGPD maintenance building.
