Adult Easter Egg Hunt

Get ready to unleash your inner child with a twist of grown-up fun at our second annual Adult Egg Hunt! This year’s hunt is bigger and better as participants search the Lincoln Center by flashlight. Our eggs are filled with raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes ranging from gourmet treats and gift cards to exciting experiences and goodies (plus some candy!). Snacks will also be served throughout the event, and adult beverages will be available for purchase. Must be 21+ to attend. Please register by March 26.

“The Big Chill” Pickleball Tournament New! Join us for an exhilarating evening of fast-paced action at our first indoor pickleball tournament, The Big Chill! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to the game, this special event promises to have thrilling matches, friendly competition, and an unforgettable experience for all. All games will be played as doubles. Players must include their pickleball player rating with their registration as well as their partner’s rating. Only one player should register both players on the doubles team. All games self-officiated. Tournament will be round robin with playoffs for top teams (depending on the number of entries). Park District staff reserve the right to combine or make changes to the tournament format in order to enhance the tournament experience. Earth Week Volunteer Day Celebrate Earth Week with the Downers Grove Park District and beautify McCollum Park for spring! Volunteers will help prepare the park for the season by mulching trees, picking up sticks and debris, and by removing trash at each location. Gloves, tools and staff assistance will be provided. Please dress for the weather and to get messy. All volunteers will receive light snacks and a reusable water bottle to take home. Individuals, organizations or volunteer groups are invited to lend a hand! A signup form will be available at dgparks.org beginning March 1.
