RATE INFORMATION  Gold Membership Add Ons include unlimited group exercise classes. Fitness Membership required to obtain Gold Pass.  Fee is per person.  Rates are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or change membership options.  Household members must live at same address.  All members must be a minimum of 14yrs of age or older.  Memberships may not be cancelled or suspended within 90 days of enrollment. *Police Officers, Firefighters, and Paramedics who live or work in Downers Grove. Proof of employment required. **Must show proof of honorable discharge.
