HONEY HARVEST Get buzzing and discover the amazing world of honeybees! Learn how bees make honey and see firsthand how honey is extracted. Try your hand with the hot knife or extractor, and have a taste of wild Lyman Woods honey. Fee is per person, so please register everyone who will be attending. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. FESTIVAL OF COLORS Celebrate the beauty and colors of fall by creating your very own colorful, artistic creations! Each session is for a specific age group, so please check details below carefully. COLOR SPLASH: Will introduce little one to all the colors of the rainbow and how to make vibrant color creations using hands-on, silly techniques that you can even try at home. Only children need to register, but they must be accompanied by an adult. PIGMENT PARTY: Will involve exciting color experiments as well as ways to pull beautiful colors from nature using all-natural ingredients and creative methods of extraction and application. This is a drop-off, youth-only program. NATURAL DYES: Will have you using natural dyes from indigo, onion skins, marigolds and even raspberry stems to dye beautiful fabrics with our resident artist. This is a teen and adult program.
