HOLIDAY SPIRITS & EVERGREENS

ADULTS SILVER MAPLES: ACTIVE ADULTS IN NATURE Strengthen your body and sharpen your mind during an evening at Lyman Woods! Each session of this peaceful program for active adults (55 years and older) will incorporate different nature-themed topics to inspire outdoor exploration and appreciation for nature and the benefits it provides. Wild Yoga will be led by our certified yoga instructor and take you through mindful poses and integrate natural materials found in the forest. Forest bathing, led by our certified therapy guide, will focus on breathing exercises and quiet reflections as you observe the wild world using all your senses and de-stress at the same time. Natural painting with brushes and tools made from natural materials as well as pigments found throughout nature to create vibrant, unique colors. Instead of using traditional bingo balls, Nature Bingo will use natural and animal artifacts drawn from our mystery bag for you to match to your cards. Prizes and treats will be awarded to bingo game winners and may include Lyman Woods honey.
