FISHINGWORKSHOP Brand-new to fishing, or just need to get in some practice before the Fishing Derby in August? Join one of our Lyman Woods instructors to learn the basics of fishing including casting, reeling and how to properly tie and bait a hook. Fishing poles, bait and gear will be provided. This

THE GREATMUDDYBAKE OFF NEW! Tap into your creative side with this all natural, all-mud “baking” challenge. Make hearty mud pies, dirt donuts and other soil sweets in our fun and forest- friendly competition. Earn the chance to become our “Star Mud Baker” and a real mud connoisseur! Prizes in multiple categories. Early Childhood and Youth Age Sections available. An adult must accompany child(ren) enrolled in the Early Childhood Age Section during this program. SUPERSIZEME Ever wonder what it’d be like if some of nature’s tiniest creatures were just as big as you!?! We’ll create giant, people-sized examples of animal homes such as hummingbird nests, mouse houses, and ant hills, all while learning about these fascinating creatures. Lastly, we’ll make some super-sized critters to check it all out and even take one home! This is a drop-off, youth-only program.
