Our top notch baseball trainers will cover the importance of proper throwing mechanics, rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and catching. Speed and agility will be added to increase core strength and mobility for added bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for base running. In game strategies will be taught to increase each players’ overall knowledge. Equipment: Please bring a water bottle and glove (may bring own bat).
