TENNIS Classes will consist of teaching fundamentals of tennis and thenm playing fun games and modified games using the fundamental principles of tennis that were taught. New and returning students welcome; no previous knowledge of tennis is necessary. Our focus is to take each individuals student’s skills to the next level under the guidance of an experienced coach. Prizes will be given. Please check rainoutline.com or dgparks.org for weather- related cancellations. Make-up classes due to inclement weather will be held on Fridays. No class July 6. FENCING Fencing is the Olympic sport of swordplay. You always thought fencing scenes in movies were exciting, now you can try it too! Fencing is an excellent sport for children and adults. It combines coordination of relaxed and explosive moves, and critical thinking between attack and defensive strategies. Your local fencing location is your next step. Parents are encouraged to participate with their children. Skill level of fencers will be managed by coach. Participants must rent or own their equipment.
