FITNESS CLASSES

HIT2 FIT Hit2Fit are diverse and exciting classes featuring a combination of styles of MMA such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Silat/Sivat and Ground Striking. These styles along with our weight training, endurance training and high-energy HIIT training all combine to make up our one-of-a-kind workouts. This training class teaches functional real-life self-defense tactics and is suitable for all fitness levels. Fitness Member discounts do not apply for the Hit2Fit program. No class March 25 and 27.

FITNESS FOR KIDS YOGAFOR LITTLE KIDS

This class combines exercise with imagination, games and a story. Kids will have the opportunity to be silly, release energy and relax. It introduces a formal way of using their body at a young age. Kids should dress in comfortable clothes. An individual 16 or older must attend the class with the participant. No class March 28. PADS STRIKING Life can be stressful. Come to a class to help relieve stress, learn to hit and get fit! Hitting the pads relieves stress, burns calories, and builds muscle endurance. When you hit the pads, it releases endorphins, and you will leave each session with the green being greener. Learn techniques such as Muay Thai, boxing, kick boxing, Salate, Savat and more. Fitness Member discounts do not apply to the Pads Striking program. No class March 26.
