LEARNTO SKATE The Seven Bridges Skating Academy offers multiple programs for people with a desire to master the skill of ice skating. We have developed a world-class curriculum that enables all participants to achieve their goals. Our instructional staff are trained professionals with a passion for ice sports. PARENT/TOT: AGES 2TO 5 The Parent/Tot class is a great way to introduce your tot to the ice while being able to skate with them! They will learn to stand and support themselves on the ice, fall down and get back up, and skate through fun games and activties. TOT1-4: AGES 4TO 5 Tots is an introductory class for children ages 4 to 5 with no prior skating experience to build confidence while learning the basic skills of skating. Classes are designed to help children develop agility, balance, coordination, and speed. Classes are taught by incorporating the introduction and development of skills through professional instruction in a fun, safe and positive environment.

BASIC 1-5: AGES 6TO 12 The Basic Skills levels teach the fundamentals of skating and provide the best foundation for figure skating and hockey. Skaters will learn and master forward and backward skating, stops, edges, crossovers, and turns. These levels are essential for skaters to advance to spins and jumps. TEEN&ADULTCLASS: AGES 13 &OLDER Seven Bridges Ice Arena offers teen and adult skating classes as a part of our Skate School. This class is “at your own pace” and is perfect for beginners, continuing adult skaters, or skaters who are returning to the ice after years of hiatus. All participants are required to have a Learn to Skate USA annual membership.
