Welcome to Ultimate Ninjas! Working off an integrated curriculum, this class is appropriate for beginners and advanced participants. Each class is structured to provide progressive growth over the course of the session, and each set of obstacles and circuits are aimed at providing a foundation of strength, agility and balance. These classes are very active—we will not stop moving and leave both gassed and proud!
