DANCE Our dance classes are centered around offering dancers of all ages and abilities a chance to learn different styles of dance with an emphasis on safe and correct technique. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment that allows all participants an equal opportunity to grow and learn both artistically and physically, while having fun!   CLASSAGESAND LEVELS  Students are encouraged to continue in the same level class for the full school year. For example, a student taking Pre-Ballet I in the fall would not necessarily move up to Pre-Ballet II for the Winter-Spring session.  Intermediate classes should only be taken by those with 1 to 2 years of prior experience at the youth level, or with teacher approval.   Class age categories may be overridden at the discretion of the instructor and Recreation Supervisor.  MEETTHE INSTRUCTORS  Learn more about instructors at dgparks.org/dance! “Dance Kids USA” classes are taught by and under the direction of contractual instructor Dance Kids USA of Dance Kids USA. “Dancin’ Feet” classes are taught by and under the direction of contractual instructor Diane Cole.
