SMALL GROUP TRAINING Small group training offers a fun, supportive environment for 4 to 8 participants. Experience the best of both worlds with personalized attention as well as group motivation! Led by a certified instructor, sessions include a mix of bodyweight exercises, circuit training and strength drills using equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells and medicine balls. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. TRX Improve core strength and rotational power while boosting endurance with a cardio element. Use the TRX to leverage body weight and the Rip Trainer to boost rotational power.
