Well, come join us after dark on a 1-hour Downtown Downers Walking Tour and learn about some of our town’s grim and mysterious moments. Parts of the program are not ADA accessible. Tour meets in front of the Lincoln Center building. Learn about the history of the sites and the lives of significant Downers Grove residents who are buried there, including war veterans from the Civil War, World War I, and World War II. This program meets at the Oak Hill Cemetery main gate. Parking available along Glenview Ave. and Howard Ave. Please dress for the weather.
