WILD FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION NEW! Celebrate dad or that special father-figure in your life with a fun morning at Patriots Park! We’ll have a scavenger hunt around Barth Pond, some games, as well as fishing (bait and equipment included) to help you bond together. At the end, the kids will get to pamper their father/father-figure with some homemade special treats! Register everyone attending. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Each class we'll learn a little about the history of jug bands and other folk music traditions, make a hand-crafted instrument from recycled and repurposed materials (different each program)that you can take home, then sing and play away while enjoying some tasty snacks! Rascal Raccoon, our cheerful Lyman Woods friend, will lead the story-time and activities while you eat a seasonal treat and learn about local wildlife at the same time!
