2025 SPRING YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE

ALL STAR SPORTS T-BALL LEAGUE The All Star approach to baseball is one that will engage all players no matter their skill level. Our coaching technique will provide basic building blocks in a fun safe environment. We have created a system that keeps the players moving and learning even while in the dugout! Mechanics and hand-eye coordination are the keys to early success. Players in this program will be more confident in this active class as we work on the proper mechanics of catching, throwing, fielding, base running and batting. This fun and exciting program will prepare each player for the level II, t-ball or coach pitch leagues. All of our programs are based on learning teamwork and sportsmanship. For weather cancellations, please call the All Star Sports hotline at 630.584.2961 approximately a half hour before class. Participants will not be notified. This youth soccer league will play an 8-game season on Saturday mornings/afternoons. Each team will also practice one night a week for the duration of the season. Players will be placed on teams based on their grade level and school they attend. Volunteer coaches are needed! Players must purchase DGPD uniforms in order to play. Uniforms are available at Soccer 2000, 224 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Please Note: Park District staff will make every effort to reschedule all games that are canceled due to inclement weather if time and space allows. Participants will not be refunded for canceled games that are not played. REGISTRATION & LEAGUE INFORMATION REGISTRATION BEGINS: Jan. 6 at 9:00am REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Feb. 24 PRACTICES BEGIN: Week of April 7 GAMES BEGIN: April 12 Registrations beginning Feb. 25 will be placed on a waitlist while teams are formed with registered participants. If we are able to accommodate your child once teams are formed, you will be contacted. A $5 Service Fee is assessed for each refund request. No refunds will be given for requests received on or after April 12.
