In-Person Registration Patrons may register at the Cathy Mahoney Recreation Center, 4500 Belmont Road, or the Lincoln Center, 935 Maple Avenue Drop-Off Registration Submit your form and payment at the Recreation Center or Lincoln Center Registration Desks during regular desk hours. ƒ After Registration Desk Hours: Drop-off forms at the Recreation Center, 4500 Belmont Road, at the Fitness Desk. Forms are kept secure and processed the next business day. ƒ Monday-Friday: 4:00–9:00pm ƒ Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am–6:00pm Mail-In Registration Mail completed registration forms with payment by Check to: Downers Grove Park District Registration Desk 4500 Belmont Road Downers Grove, IL 60515 Forms that are dropped or received by mail will not have priority over online or in-person registration. Enrollment in programs will not take place until payment in made. All registration forms must be complete with the waiver signed. Information Safety For your safety, full credit card numbers should never be disclosed on forms. Registration staff will contact you when your form is received to complete the payment process.

Register Online We highly recommend patrons register online at www.dgparks.org New Accounts First-time registrants must create an online account before registering for programs. All new accounts go through a residency audit and approval process that may take 24–48 hours. Be sure to create your account in advance of opening day so it’s ready to use. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can begin registering. Get started at www.dgparks.org and click on Registration Information. Tip: Add all household members when creating your account. If you miss this step an Additional Family Member Request form will be required and may delay your registration Returning Users If you’ve registered for programs or have a fitness membership, you likely already have an account. Log in at www.dgparks.org and click on Registration Information. If you don’t know your login credentials, use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password tools, or call us at 630.960.7500 (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) Virtual Waiting Room To improve the online registration experience on the first day of registration, Downers Grove Park District uses a virtual waiting room. Financial Assistance Program In an effort to provide recreation, health and wellness opportunities to all residents, including those who are experiencing financial hardships, the Downers Grove Park District has established a Financial Assistance Program. Participants must reside within the boundaries of the Downers Grove Park District to be eligible. For eligibility requirements or to donate to the Financial Assistance Program, please visit dgparks.org/financial-assistance program.
