Use the TRX to leverage body weight and the Rip Trainer to boost rotational power. Hit2Fit Hit2Fit are diverse and exciting classes featuring a combination of styles of MMA such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Silat/Sivat and Ground Striking. These styles along with our weight training, endurance training and high-energy HIIT training all combine to make up our one-of-a-kind workouts. This training class teaches functional real-life self-defense tactics and is suitable for all fitness levels. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate.
