The Healthy Habits Club The Healthy Habits Club from Afterschool Enrichment Solutions provides a fun, action-packed and positive environment to promote physical, mental and emotional health! Students will explore themes of communication, compassion for self and others, active listening, conflict resolution, gentle exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and respect. A qualified instructor will guide the participants in hands-on learning through games, movement, creative writing, problem-solving exercises and journaling. Money Moves New! Ready to take control of your cash? Money Moves is a hands-on program designed to help teens build real-world financial skills. From budgeting and saving to credit and smart spending, you’ll learn the basics of managing money in a way that actually makes sense. Pre-registration is required. Focus on rescue techniques for full arrest victims from newborn to 12 years of age. The course also covers conscious and unconscious choking, rescue breathing and AED use.
