Non-Recital Classes West African Dance New! Discover the joy, rhythm, and energy of traditional West African dance in this fun and welcoming all-levels class. You'll be introduced to the foundational movements, cultural context, and rhythms of dances from a variety of countries. This is a great way to get moving, learn something new, and experience the spirit of community that’s at the heart of West African dance. No class March 31. Our Hula classes, taught by Honolulu native Shasta Hud, are a wonderful way for children to improve coordination, express themselves creatively through movement, and learn about Hawaiian culture! This class is suitable for any hula skill level. Children will learn routines as they explore the traditions, mythology and meaning behind the dances. No class March 31.
