Yoga combines the mind, body and soul to help you heal and let go of stress. You will practice gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and other stress reduction techniques to bring up an intense feeling of calm and relaxation. This class works through movements to prevent and help minor or chronic back pain. Learn gentle poses that will strengthen your back, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Stabilize your lower back with movement and postural correction, as well as release tension in the muscles. PILATES WITH MELT ROLLERS Find your center of gravity by using MELT rollers. Experience a posture change by re-hydrating and lengthening techniques done with the MELT moves. Core pilates moves will be learned along with reintegrating and re-pattering exercises to assist the body in functioning properly.
