YOGA INTHEWOODS The perfect fall activity for an afternoon de-stressor. Yoga in the Woods is a mini-series geared toward yoga in nature. Please bring a mat with you. Yoga will take place on a grass field. Registered participants will be notified the day of if inclement weather prevents class from taking place. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. This class works through movements to prevent and help minor or chronic back pain. Learn gentle poses that will strengthen your back, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Stabilize your lower back with movement and postural correction, as well as release tension in the muscles. Each week we will progress so that you create a lasting yoga practice for back pain relief. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. Find your center of gravity by using a MELT roller, 36-inch soft roller. Experience a posture change by re-hydrating and lengthening techniques done with the MELT moves. Core Pilate moves will be learned along with reintegrating and re-pattering exercises to assist the body in functioning properly. YOGAFOR STRESS RELIEF Refresh, reset, create calm and focus in your life. Yoga combines the mind, body and soul to help you heal and let go of stress. You will practice gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and other stress reduction techniques to bring up an intense feeling of calm and relaxation.
