Yoga for Back Pain Yoga for Back Pain may be just the thing you have been looking for! This class works through movements to prevent and help minor or chronic back pain. Learn gentle poses that will strengthen your back, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Stabilize your lower back with movement and postural correction, as well as release tension in the muscles. Each week we will progress so that you create a lasting yoga practice for back pain relief. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate. Yoga combines the mind, body and soul to help you heal and let go of stress. You will practice gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and other stress reduction techniques to bring up an intense feeling of calm and relaxation. Relax your shoulders and let the stress melt away, you will leave every class feeling good. Each week we will dive deeper into this stress-relief yoga practice. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate. Through mindful, low impact movements and breathing exercises, you'll engage and strengthen your core muscles without strain. The class offers modifications to suit individual needs and provides a calming, supportive environment. Ideal for those looking to build core stability gradually while enhancing overall well-being. This program is not eligible for a Fitness Member rate. 6:00-7:00pm

Tranquili-Tea Yoga Join us for yoga and tea time! A serene

candlelight yoga session designed to relax your body and calm your mind after the hectic holiday season. After class, unwind with a warm cup of soothing tea and connect with fellow participants in a peaceful atmosphere. As a keepsake, you’ll even get to take home your teacup! This perfect combination of movement, mindfulness and ambiance will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and wear comfortable clothes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. All levels are welcome!

Yoga & Mimosas Join us for a refreshing yoga session at the Belmont Golf Club, open to all levels—from beginners to seasoned yogis. After class, enjoy a relaxing social hour with flowing mimosas and take home a commemorative yoga wine glass. Your registration includes two mimosas. Please bring your own mat.
