STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WOMEN
TRX Improve core strength and rotational power while boosting endurance with a cardio element. Use the TRX to leverage body weight and the Rip Trainer to boost rotational power. These elements will build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. These styles along with our weight training, endurance training and high-energy HIIT training all combine to make up our one-of-a-kind workouts. This class involves keeping and improving strength for life-long health using many forms of resistance training/ working against a weight or force to bolster strength— resistance bands, body weight, hand weights, etc. Weight training two times per week, has many benefits for women of any age. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. Come to a class to help relieve stress, learn to hit and get fit! Hitting the boxing pads relieves stress, burns calories, and builds muscle endurance.
