FITNESS FOR PICKLEBALL Pickleball is now the fastest growing sport in America! The goal of this class is to increase overall strength, as well as improve endurance, speed, and agility on the court to prevent the most common injuries in pickleball. Floorwork may be involved. Mats will be provided and modifications will be demonstrated. 4500 Fitness Members who hold an active membership will receive a discounted fee when added to the cart. The focus of this exercise class is to improve mobility of individuals with Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. This class is led by a Parkinson's fitness specialist, and provides safe strengthening exercises with an emphasis on postural awareness, breathing, balance and rhythmical movement.
